What we need:

As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Manager who builds client connection, mentors junior accounting staff including training and technical work review.  We are looking for someone who is CA/CPA qualified, with a depth of technical knowledge, has a strength in managing and developing a team of accountants and the ability to work across our vast client base to really make a difference to our clients’ lives and businesses.

Why you?

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 5-8 years’ experience in accounting, with tertiary education along with CA/CPA qualifications.  You will have a track record of mentoring and training junior accountants, reviewing work to ensure outstanding quality and an ability to partner with clients to be their trusted advisor.  Ideally you will be highly proficient in Xero and have experience in SMSF including the use of Class software.
