We are looking for someone with a collaborative personality who thrives in a team environment, but also has the self-discipline to work autonomously. You will have attention to detail along with consistently strong written and verbal communication.
Essential criteria:
- Proficient using Xero and be familiar with other accounting platforms, along with knowledge of the Xero Add On marketplace
- Proficient in processing payroll
- Experience in managing a small team of 1-2 people
- Experience in reviewing work completed by others
- A modern approach to your work
- Experience in using technology for efficiency and process improvement
- Experience working alongside and interacting with client service teams to deliver outstanding client service and outcome
